I had an amazing stay at Andaz Miami Beach! The service from the staff was excellent, genuinely friendly and welcoming. The pools were great, especially the family pool, which was perfect for my kids to enjoy. The only downside was the restaurant choices, which were limited for my family’s tastes. Overall, it was an enjoyable trip, and I'd definitely come back!

I loved the vibrant atmosphere, stunning beach views, and really good service from the staff, particularly Ivan and David, who made my days by the pool so enjoyable. However, the experience soured at checkout when I encountered a problematic situation with the cab service arranged by the valet staff. It's disappointing that this left such a negative impression at the end of my trip.
